iTunes Connect
Login to your Developer Account
In order to create a leaderboard using GameCenter, login to your developer account and select your application.

Create an InApp Product
Click on “Features” and select “InApp” in the left navigation area.
Then click on the (+) symbol next to the “In-App” text.
Then select the wished type of your item and enter all needed information. The product ID is the ID which you need to enter to construct 2.
Moreover add at least one language and a screen shot showing your product.
