Hi, this could be caused by several things. Can you send me your modifed capx file in a private message and add my e-mail to your Google Play Developer Console as contributor? You find a tutorial how to add an user here: https://shatter-box.com/knowledgebase/add-an-user-to-your-google-play-console/ Use my email: andy.reitberger@gmail.com Thank you!
  2. Hi, no problem I added a new doc to the tutorial showing you how to add your own icons and splash screens. https://shatter-box.com/knowledgebase/cocoonio-how-to-build-a-game-using-construct-2/#document-4 And yes, you need to add the icon and the splash screen before you build the game. I deleted your post in the wrong topic Regards Andy
  3. You're welcome Sure, just let me know if you have any questions. I'm glad answering them Regards Andy
  4. Hi @docchops Sadly not, because I have no apple device and no apple developer account yet. Once I have those I will work out a tutorial for that, too. Thank you! Have you tried cocoon.io yet? It offers a better performance than Intel XDK's Crosswalk and you can build your games for Android and iOS. Let me know if you have further questions, I'm glad to help Regards

Hi, exactly. You got it, You just need to change the variables in the header. The game will automatically choose the ID from the variables. Then, like you already said, you only need to add the ID's to your google account. Your first product is "ads", so add also "ads" to the the Product ID at your Google Play Console. Then it works

Yes. Sorry that's what I meant. I answered via phone so I had no C2 project open. Set Scaling in Browser to Scale outer. Regards

Just open your C2 project and set 'Fullscreen Scaling " to "Scale Outer" in the properties bar. Then the game will befullscreen. Regards Andreas

You must always create a Product at your Google Play Console. Then you must insert the ID from your Google Play Console in your C2 Project (global variables: product1; product2, and so on). https://shatter-box.com/knowledgebase/add-iap-products/ You find more information in the doc file above. Regards

If you are using the latest version "..._crosswalk" then you must export via 'Cordova'. There is no need to make a cocoonJS and a cordova export. The game funcitons like IAP, AdMob & Google Play doesn't work with CocoonJS, because the game and plugins are only for Cordova (Intel XDK). Regards Andreas

Hello You must change your '...additional.config.xml' file in Intel XDK. You find this in our docs here. https://shatter-box.com/knowledgebase/phonegap-game-google-play-games-gamecenter/ Please scroll down till 'SHOW HOW TO ADD THE PLUGIN' and click on that tab. Then you find all needed steps. Your Plugin version is 1.0.65 Then replace the old code with following one and add your Google Play Game ID. <intelxdk:plugin intelxdk:name="game" intelxdk:value="https://github.com/cranberrygame/cordova-plugin-game" intelxdk:id="cordova-plugin-game"> <intelxdk:param intelxdk:name="APP_ID" intelxdk:value="YOUR_GOOGLE_PLAY_GAME_APP_ID" /> </intelxdk:plugin> If you don't use the Google Play Game Service you can delete the code for it completely. Let me know if you need further help.
  13. Can you send me your modified file in a private message? Then I'll have a look on it. I just tested the demo and the ads are working fine on it. Moreover what update do you mean for the source code?
  14. Hi, thanks for your post. Can you please try to set 'Test Mode' on? You cam set this where you added the IDs. The game only uses fullscreen ads. If you want to use banner ads you have to add the code for it manually. What IDs have you added?

When I started developing games I used CocoonJS to build the games. But it didn't offer AdMob Ads back then. So I switched to Crosswalk allowing to add any cordova/phonegap plugin to it. So AdMob Ads became possible. So in a few words. The cocoonjs version is the older version of the game. The latest file is using crosswalk. In order to build the crosswalk version you need Intel XDK. https://shatter-box.com/knowledgebase/how-to-build-with-crosswalk/ This doc file wil guide you through the export process using Intel XDK and crosswalk. You must setup your IAP Products at your Google Play Developer Console. Then insert the ID's in the Construct 2 project file.

Hello, this depends on what you want to achieve with the game. 1) Replace the AdMob ID's The default file includes our AdMob ID's. You find the docs for replacing them here: https://shatter-box.com/knowledgebase/admob-banner-fullscreen-ads/ 2) Build your project to Android If you want to build the Construct 2 file to an android file use this document: https://shatter-box.com/knowledgebase/how-to-build-with-crosswalk/ 3) Build your project to HTML5 Just export it to HTML5 and upload it to a webserver. If you have a more specific question please let me know. Regards Andreas
  20. Hello Georgia, Thank you for reporting that bug. I haven't noticed that since I published the game. I found and fixed the bug. I'll update the source files this weekend. When the files have been approved by envato/scirra you will be notifed via mail. The update comes with many more new function for the game hope you like it Thank you!
  21. Well then just delete the current background for this level (should be located at the 'sky' or the 'bg' layer). Then add a new Object 'Tiled Background', load your image and place it in the same layer where the old background was
  22. Hello, thank you for opening a new topic about that. You just need to unlock the 'level' layer and lock the others. Then you can adjust the objects as well. Like shown on the screen shot above. Please let me know if this worked for you. Regards Andreas
  23. You're welcome. Just let me know if it worked or not
  24. Hi Barry, Thanks for your post You need to update the code for the PhonegapGame plugin. Just replace the code at your current file with following one, save it and try to build again. <intelxdk:plugin intelxdk:name="game" intelxdk:value="https://github.com/cranberrygame/cordova-plugin-game" intelxdk:id="cordova-plugin-game"> <intelxdk:param intelxdk:name="APP_ID" intelxdk:value="YOUR_GOOGLE_PLAY_GAME_APP_ID" /> </intelxdk:plugin> <intelxdk:plugin intelxdk:name="https://github.com/cranberrygame/cordova-plugin-payment-iap" intelxdk:value="https://github.com/cranberrygame/cordova-plugin-payment-iap" /> <intelxdk:plugin intelxdk:name="org.apache.cordova.inappbrowser" intelxdk:value="org.apache.cordova.inappbrowser" />Don't forget to replace YOUR_GOOGLE_PLAY_GAME_APP_IDWith your Google Play Game ID! Then it should work out for you
