  1. Hi @Gz Sphynx Welcome to the forum. In order to help you, can you please share a screen shot of your zip file content? Or better attach the zip file to this post? Thank you! Regards Andy
  2. Yes, I'm currently working on a guide for the rest. Should be live this week. No not yet. I haven't tried that. Mostly because I do not own a mobile windows 10 device
  3. Hi! I tried to setup my Amazon Developer Account, but I stuck at the Tax Information. I just have to contact my accountant for that. Regards Andy
  4. Hi, AdMob Ads should work without any modifications in Amazon as well. Only for InApp purchases you have to install the Amazon App Store plugin. I'm currently about to publish my first game to Amazon. So there will be a guide available soon. Regards Andy
  5. Hi! Thank you for your post. You mail me your capx file in a private message here. Then I'll check it for you. About the iOS issue. That's something caused by the plugin. Therefor you have to contact cranberrygame in this matter (Android should work completely). Regards Andy
  6. You're welcome Sadly no, I'm not using this feature, so I don't have any clue how it works or how to get it working. Have you asked cranberrygame in his Google+ community? Maybe he knows what's wrong. Sorry that I can't do more for you at the moment. Regards Andy
  7. Hi! Thank you for joining our community. I can remember myself that Cranberrygame has a plugin for that. You find his package here. https://shatter-box.com/download/cranberry/fQceTB8MGfs.html So just install the plugin (it's located in 02_Cordova_Extensions and it's called "cranberrygame_CordovaSpeechRecognition_1.0.4.c2addon") Drag'n'Drop the plugin into C2 and click on Install Restart c2 Add your code Hope this helps

Otherwise you cannot open the file with Construct 2. You can download/get the plugins needed over here. Cordova IAP (Cordova Package) Cocoon Canvas+ Just download or purchase those plugins and install them. 12. Hi @jaber Welcome to our forum! If you code your game natively in HTML5 you can do it with CSS or directly in the HTML code. http://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_body_background.asp If you use Construct 2 to build your games you can just create a new TiledBackground object and insert your image then https://shatter-box.com/knowledgebase/how-to-build-with-crosswalk/ Regards Andy
  13. Hi, I see. I checked the IPad resolution and the Ipad is not using a 16:9 ratio, that's why the screen looks like that. I only have android devices to test, so I never have had this issue. You must adjust the layout height to fit on your iphone, then set "Scale Outer". If it fits on the IPad, then it automatically will fit on all other devices. I'll consider that for the next update, but I'm little bit stressed by my exams at the moment. I'll be free in June again, then I'll focus back on my Construct 2 projects. Regards Andy
  14. Thanks a lot for letting me know Regards Andy
  15. Hello Jamijn, I sent you the fix via email. Here it's how the config.additional.xml file should look like for all other users having the same issue. <intelxdk:plugin intelxdk:name="org.apache.cordova.inappbrowser" intelxdk:value="org.apache.cordova.inappbrowser" /> <intelxdk:plugin intelxdk:name="game" intelxdk:value="https://github.com/cranberrygame/cordova-plugin-game" intelxdk:id="cordova-plugin-game"> <intelxdk:param intelxdk:name="APP_ID" intelxdk:value="YOUR_APP_ID" /> </intelxdk:plugin> Replaze "YOUR_APP_ID" with your Google Play Games ID. Thank you!
  16. Hi Usman, it seems that the issue comes from your Java JDK because the error message says "Keytool file not found". Can you please check if you find the keytool.exe file at the path you set in the APK Signer? Another reason could be that you wanted to create the key on the C:/ hard drive directly. Choose your Documents folder instead. If this still doesn't work I can generate a key for you. Just send me a PM with your details. Regards Andy
  17. Thanks for your purchase and your topic here. I got your files in the PM and I'm going to check it once you've sent me the Invite for your Google Dev. Console. Thank you & merry christmas
  18. What plugin do you use for AdMob ads?
  19. You're welcome This will help a lot of other people if you post it to ludei's forum! Thank you for that!
  20. Awesome news Good success with your games! Regards Andy
  21. Hi the warning for an OpenSSL bug comes mostly from old and outdated compiler. Have you checked the latest compiler version at http://cloud.ludei.com ? If the warning remains, you need to wait for the respone from ludei, because the issue is caused by an outdated code in the compiler. I also know that an older version of Crosswalk has caused such an issue (https://shatter-box.com/knowledgebase/fix-openssl-issue/). But you said you are using cocoonJS, so I guess this is not the issue Hope this helps you Regards Andreas
  22. Hi, it's difficult to say that without a capx example. Can you send me just your ads code as an C2 capx file in a private message? Thanks :)
  23. Good news Did the guied help you or have you faced a diffrent issue then listed in this guide? If so I will update the guide and add your solution, too. Thanks!
  24. Hi Sure. This issue can be caused by two things. An old version of construct 2 (if you are using an older version then the latest stable, please update and try again)Wrong scalling settings (for this, check the following guide)Guide: https://shatter-box.com/knowledgebase/cocoonio-troubleshooting-fixes/ (Check "Fix Fullscreen Scaling") I hope you don't mind that I used your image above If so, I will remove it. Regards Andy
