  1. Hi, please try this video for a solution. kind regards, Andreas
  2. Hi @djwayne1985 That's new to me, but good to know. Maybe the build tools get initialized / installed only, when Android Studio had been started before. Thanks for that hitn!

    Breaks apk

Hi, please share more information. This issue can be caused if an earlier version of the APK is installed, but signed with a diffrent key. Try to completely remove the APK and install then the new signed one. Best, Andy
  5. Hi @ArcadesIndo Games I never have tried PhoneGap at all. But if it use Cordova, it should work. What to you mean 'install the old one'? Do you mean to old build with Cocoon? Or when you use old PhoneGap Plugins? I can remember that Cranberrygame had PhoneGap Plugins. He updated those to Cordova later. This let me assume that the Cordova Plugins should still work with the PhoneGap buil. Did you replace all Cocoon Plugins with Cordova plugins? Because, I'm not sure if the Cocoon plugins will work with PhoneGap though. Best, Andy
  6. Hi, thank you for letting me know. Such information as the envato or scirra user name should be not mandatory. I'll fix that! Best, Andy
  7. Hi! Thank you for your purchase. This issue comes from missing plugins. You either can install those plugins with the "Rexrainbow Downloader" or manually. https://shatter-box.com/knowledgebase/rexrainbow-install-construct-2-plugins-behaviors/ The plugins are included in the download package. If you have any additional questions, please let me know. Best, Andy
  8. Hi! Thanks for the video. I'm going to check the code again. I'll keep you posted. EDIT: Hi again, I made a debug version for you. When I do the same steps shown in your video, it's still working on my machine. So, please download the debug version below: apk_signer_debug.zip Please, try this version. I added an "Fetch alias" button next to the field. Copy the output you get from the console and paste it here. See an example below. Thanks for your help!
  9. Hi, that's strange. Maybe it's related to your Java Version. When I select your keystore and enter the password you provided, I get the correct alias name. I'm using this java version jdk1.8.0_162 Can you try the "KeyTools" tab? Please select your test key and enter the key password. Then click "List information". If this doesn't work, there is a problem with the installed Java version. I'll try to update Java to your version and check again. Thanks!
  10. Hi @Shams Sayied Thanks for the keyfile. Can you try the attached version and report me back, please? apksigner_v2.0.4-beta.zip Thank you!
  11. Can you provide a test keystore file for me to check it? Thanks!
  12. Hi @Shams Sayied thanks for your post. The tool actually detects the alias automatically when you entered the password correctly and leave the box. Can you create a dummy-keystore file the same way as you did for your key and send it to me? So that I can debug it. Thank you very much! Edit: Nevermind! I found the bug. Please download the updated version here https://shatter-box.com/download/apk-signer-tool-v2/ Let me know if you still have troubles. Best, Andy
  13. Same problem on my end for now. I was trying to compile my game the last few days, but with no success. I hope ludei will fix this as soon as possible!
  14. Hi! Did you sign and align your application after you had downloaded it? If you are using Cocoon, you can upload your keystore file directly to cocoon and let cocoon manage the signing process. However if you haven't uploaded your key to cocoon, you need to sign and align your apk manually. This video shows how to do this. You can download the APK Signer tool here: https://shatter-box.com/knowledgebase/android-apk-signing-tool-apk-signer/ Let me know if you have any additional questions! Best Andy
