How can I download my data?

Your Data

If you are a member of our website you can request a download link of your saved data at any time. To do so, please follow the guide below.

  1. Login to your account
  2. Visit Account – My Data or click this link while logged in.
  3. Click the Download my Data button. Make sure to solve the reCAPTCHA before.
  4. You will get an email by us with a download link to your data (also check your SPAM folder)
  5. Use the download links in the email to download your data either as JSON or XML formatted file.
